We were called to a property where water was entering through the ceiling. To resolve the issue, we began by removing all existing tiles from the back of the roof. Old battens that had become damp and felt that had perished were carefully stripped away. This gave us a clean and stable base to begin the restoration process properly. Once the roof was fully cleared, we installed a breathable felt membrane along with new treated battens for strength and durability. The original tiles were reused where possible to maintain consistency, while any broken or cracked tiles were replaced. COMPLETING WITH RIDGE AND GABLE REPAIRS
To complete the re-roof, we fitted new ridge tiles using a dry ridge system that offers a low-maintenance and reliable finish. These finishing touches ensured the roof was fully watertight and structurally sound, leaving the customer satisfied with the result.
